To ensure the safety of all visitors and artworks, museum staff are available during your visit to answer any questions you may have.
To ensure the safety of all visitors, the museum applies the preventative measures decided by the French government. All visitors must undergo security checks at the museum entrances.
Suitcases and large bags are not allowed in the museum.
Maximum size of bag allowed: Items exceeding 55 x 35 x 20 cm will not be permitted. Lockers are available free of charge for smaller items. Umbrellas that do not fit in a bag must be left in self-service stands.
All items left in lockers must be collected the same day. The museum shall not be held responsible for any valuable items. Contact staff for further information.
Photos and videos are allowed in permanent collections for personal use. Flash, lighting, and selfie sticks are prohibited.
Temporary exhibitions may restrict photography of certain works.
Any equipment on loan must remain on museum premises.
To manage visitor flow, all exits are final.
